This edition comes with a desktop application for managing one or more Pocket PCs used in the field. Invoices, Estimates, Sales Receipts, Payments, Sales Orders, and Credit Memos can be quickly and easily created on the Pocket PC and then inserted into QuickBooks with a couple of clicks. Item and other QuickBooks lists can be downloaded to the Pocket PC from the companion desktop application. No double data entry or file export/import is required! Main Menu

Click on a task to assign QuickBooks® Customer:Jobs to one or more PocketPCs, collect invoices from PocketPCs, or download QuickBooks® Lists (e.g. items, customers, etc).

Collect Documents Dialog

Click on the magnifying glass to view an invoice in detail. Check those invoice that are complete and add them to QuickBooks® by clicking the Add button. Display invoices on your PocketPC or documents previously loaded by selecting the location combo box. View and hide Invoices, Estimates, or Sales Receipts by selecting the checkboxes. Refresh the list, or change options by clicking on the Refresh and Options icons.

 

Update Lists dialog

Select the lists you need, and click Send to download them to your to Mobile Invoice on the PocketPC.

 

Assign Jobs Dialog

Check the Jobs you want to download to the PocketPC and click Send. All relevant Job information include Customer, Address, and Job Notes are automatically inserted into a blank invoice or estimate.

Companion Desktop Application
The desktop application allows a single user to manage multiple PocketPCs running Mobile Invoice for the PocketPC. Download specific jobs and lists to the PocketPC according to the needs of the individual. Retrieve, view, and copy invoices directly into QuickBooks with a few mouse clicks. No complicated file import/export is required! The Desktop Manager saves time and money by eliminating paper work and error-prone data entry.

Assign Jobs
Use the companion desktop application to select the QuickBooks Customer Jobs that you want to copy to the PocketPC. The job and all relevant information (customer, location, description of work, etc.) are inserted into an invoice or estimate.

Update Item/Prices Lists
Download the latest items lists to your staff's PocketPCs tp update them on the latest products and pricing.

Collect Invoices
Insert your Pocket PC into its cradle and view the invoices and estimates. Select those that are complete and upload insert them directly into QuickBooks.

Download Other Lists
Optionally download other QuickBooks lists (customer, customer messages, terms of payment, etc.) to your PocketPC.
