The QuickBooks Edition of LowFat Invoice includes the companion desktop
application shown below. This program is used to set up your Pocket PC
with your existing QuickBooks Item, Customer and other lists to eliminate
the need to re-enter the information on the Pocket PC. You can also collect
all of your Pocket PC documents and add them to QuickBooks with a couple
of clicks. No more data entry!

Click on a task to assign QuickBooks® Customer:Jobs to one or more PocketPCs, collect invoices from PocketPCs, or download QuickBooks® Lists (e.g. items, customers, etc).

Click on the magnifying glass to view an invoice in detail. Check those invoice that are complete and add them to QuickBooks® by clicking the Add button. Display invoices on your PocketPC or documents previously loaded by selecting the location combo box. View and hide Invoices, Estimates, or Sales Receipts by selecting the checkboxes. Refresh the list, or change options by clicking on the Refresh and Options icons.

Select the lists you need, and click Send to download them to your to LowFat Invoice on the PocketPC.
Check the Jobs you want to download to the PocketPC and click Send. All relevant Job information include Customer, Address, and Job Notes are automatically inserted into a blank invoice or estimate.
